Effective date: November 6, 2026
These terms apply when you download or use Bell Circuit, a music puzzle game you solve by ear, and when you buy anything in it. Please read them; they are short. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
Bell Circuit is made and sold by Proliferaite LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. We offer the app as a business, so where you are a consumer, consumer protection law applies to your contract with us. We commit to offering only products and services that comply with applicable law, including the law of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Questions, complaints and requests about Bell Circuit go to that address. We answer every message, normally within a few working days.
Bell Circuit is free to download and every puzzle is free to play. It is supported by ads: a full-screen ad may appear between puzzles after every few solves, never during one, and the final hint on a puzzle — the one that gives the answer away — costs an optional video ad. Ads are always muted.
Before you buy, the store shows you the price in your currency, including any sales tax or VAT it is required to charge. The price you are shown is the price you pay. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews: each purchase is charged once.
You buy through Google Play or Apple's App Store, using the payment method in your store account. The store processes the payment and sends you the receipt; we never see your card or other payment details. Your contract for the in-app content is with Proliferaite LLC, as described in these terms, and the store's own terms also apply to the payment.
A purchase belongs to your store account, not to one phone. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device signed in to the same account, use Restore Purchases in the app to get it back at no charge. Purchases cannot be transferred between Google Play and the App Store.
The content is supplied immediately: as soon as the store confirms the payment, the feature unlocks in the app.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have the right to withdraw from a contract made at a distance within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason.
For digital content that is supplied immediately — which is how every purchase in Bell Circuit works — that right ends once the content has been supplied, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal as a result, and you received confirmation of that. The store asks for this agreement at checkout. If you were not asked, or if the content was not supplied to you, your 14-day right to cancel still applies.
To cancel within that period, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, by email to [email protected] or by post to the address in section 1. Include the app, the date of purchase and the store order number (it is on the store's receipt, which starts with GPA. on Google Play). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We will refund the full amount you paid, using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, and the purchased feature will be removed from your account.
Model withdrawal form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)
To: Proliferaite LLC, 28 Spring St, Unit 5087, Princeton, NJ 08542, United States, [email protected]
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [Bell Circuit — name of purchase]
Ordered on: [date] · Store order number: [number]
Name of consumer: [your name]
Email address used with the store: [email]
Date: [date]
Separately from your legal rights, each store runs its own refund process, which you can use wherever you live:
If a purchase does not unlock, try Restore Purchases first, then email us with the order number and we will put it right or refund you.
Bell Circuit must work as described in its store listing and in these terms, and the law of your country may give you rights if it does not. If something does not work, email us: we will fix it, normally with an app update. If it cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience to you, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to end the contract and receive a refund. We also provide the updates, including security updates, needed to keep the app working as described. These rights are in addition to the store's refund process, not instead of it.
Ads in Bell Circuit are served by Google AdMob. Ads never play sound, and video ads that unlock something are always your choice. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any personalised advertising, and you can decline or change your choice later; declining never blocks the game. What AdMob processes, and why, is set out in the Bell Circuit Privacy Policy.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bell Circuit on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the store's terms (on the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement). The app, its content and its name remain ours. Please do not copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer the app, or use it to break the law, except where the law allows you to.
We improve the app over time and may change, add or remove features. We will not take away something you have paid for, except where the law, a security problem or the store requires it; if that ever happens, you will be entitled to whatever remedy the law of your country gives you, which may include a refund. If we stop offering the app altogether, it will keep working on devices it is already installed on for as long as the store and your device allow.
We take reasonable care to make Bell Circuit work well, but we cannot promise it will be free of every fault or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of data that a reasonable backup would have prevented, or for business losses — the app is for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, our responsibility to you is the one your country's law sets out.
Bell Circuit is a general-audience app. Purchases should be made by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian, who can also manage purchase approvals in the store's family settings.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — most things can be put right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey, United States. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
We are not obliged to, and do not, take part in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body.
We will post any change to these terms at this address and update the effective date. A change never applies to a purchase you made before it, unless it is in your favour or required by law.
